Please come and enjoy a light lunch from the team at The Inn at Virginia Tech!

Attendees will have the opportunity to network with their colleagues from around the industry over lunch, hear from Virginia Tech Hospitality & Tourism students on impactful internship experiences, and receive important updates from the VRLTA team.

VRLTA Event Registration & No-Show Policy

To help ensure a positive experience for all participants and make the best use of limited event capacity, please review and follow the guidelines below.

Event Registration

• Individuals may attend a VRLTA event only if they have completed the registration process and received confirmation that their registration has been approved.
• Individuals who are not approved registrants will not be permitted to attend the event.
• Non-members are welcome to attend one (1) VRLTA event as a guest. To attend future VRLTA events, individuals must become a VRLTA member.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

• If you are unable to attend after your registration has been approved, please notify the VRLTA team as soon as possible so your registration can be canceled.
• Prompt cancellations allow individuals on the waitlist or others interested in attending the opportunity to participate in your place.
• Repeated no-shows without prior notice may affect your priority for future VRLTA event registrations.
